We are excited to share that we have designed and are remodeling a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, which also includes a dedicated office featuring custom built-ins. The kitchen has been completely revamped, showcasing floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a functional island, and a spacious dining area that’s perfect for family gatherings.
On the exterior, we’re constructing a large covered patio that will offer separate dining and lounging areas, creating an inviting space for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. Stay tuned for updates as we progress on this exciting transformation!
ADU
We are transforming a charming 1940s bungalow detached garage into a modern accessory dwelling unit (ADU). This exciting project will feature a full kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room, one comfortable bedroom, and a full bathroom. Our goal is to blend the vintage character of the original structure with contemporary amenities, creating a stylish and functional space that meets our client's needs. Landscaping
We’ve officially broken ground on our half-acre lot, where we’re creating a serene outdoor oasis. The project includes a beautiful zen garden, an array of fruit trees, a putting green, and a pickleball court for recreation. Additionally, we’re building a spacious patio complete with a pergola and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors.
